We do not provide refunds. We offer a walkthrough of the home or building before we leave If needed, we can redo the cleaned area within three days of the initial service. Additionally, we are happy to a discount for your next cleaning. We encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns. If our cleaning doesn't meet your standards, please message me! We double-check all our work to ensure we deliver a perfect clean for you.
